“MAC.ART - embraces the spirit of community participation”. The Hon. Mary Delahunty, Victorian Minister for the Arts (until 2006), described MAC.ART as “a model program that embraces the community participation spirit of the Arts Victoria creative capacity and policy framework” (July 15th 2004)
